Those who come to South Tyrol are firstly well catered for and secondly can be sure that they are dealing with gourmets here. In the afternoon to the Marende and in some places also in the morning to the so-called “Halbmittag” snack colourful plates with cold cuts are served in many households and inns. Sausage products, Speck bacon, various cheeses and best bread are served and sometimes also boiled potatoes are dished up.
