We will start with a brief moment of meditation in a church of the town centre and will then move on to the Talvera-Wassermauer promenade, Bolzano's green lung. After a couple of breathing and fitness excercises we will proceed to Gries and the Guncina/Guntschna promenade, will reach the "Vinzig" Hof where we will enjoy a tasteful breakfast.
