Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
No cancellation fees will be charged for cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
For later notifications, we must charge you for 3 days (price based on the booked arrangement – for shorter stays, the cancellation fee corresponds to the total price of the booking).
If your cancellation is received within the last 7 days before the start of your holiday, in the event of no-show or early departure, the full amount of the booking will be charged as compensation.
