Trip cancellation and insurance policy

Cancellation: Cancellation sounds unpleasant, for you and for us.

However, especially in uncertain times like these, we understand that not everything can always be planned. Cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the holiday. In addition, we have decided not to charge for cancellations that are associated with travel restrictions due to Covid-19. In that case we just ask our guests to give us 10 days notice before the start of their holiday.

-For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total amount will be charged.
-For cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total amount will be charged.
-For cancellations within 7 days of arrival, 70% of the total amount will be charged.
-For cancellations on the same day of arrival or Now Show the total amount will be charged

We recommend to make a travel cancellation insurance before you start your holiday.
