Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
The reservation can be cancelled without incurring a cancellation fee up to 3 months before the arrival date. Only the deposit will be retained.
For cancellations made by the guest between 3 months before the agreed arrival date and the arrival date itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
- Cancellation 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival: 3 days of the booking price will be charged
- Cancellation within the last 4 weeks before arrival: 70% of the booking price will be charged
In the event of a no-show or early departure by the guest, the full amount for the entire booking period is due.
