A welcoming space for sharing, listening, and reflection dedicated to the theme of birth.
Through a Birth Art workshop, we will explore emotions, symbols, and personal experiences connected to the moment of birth.
Each participant is invited to experiment freely and express their creativity. Using a variety of materials and techniques, everyone will create a personal and meaningful piece of art.
A wellbeing-focused activity that celebrates creativity as a powerful tool for self-expression and self-care.
