Together with the skincare brand Herbar, we are offering a spring retreat designed to heal you from the inside out. Discover the world of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and let the concepts of yin and yang, acupressure, and eastern wisdom guide you toward balance and harmony.

Inspired by mushrooms and adaptogens - natural substances that help the body manage stress - Herbar presents a tasting menu and interactive workshops. These will introduce you to the healing power of tongue and pulse readings, ear acupressure, and moxibustion. Additionally, you can book a 360° facial treatment that blends ancient rituals with modern technology.

This retreat allows you to reconnect with nature and yourself through the timeless practices of TCM.
