The Morning Sessions with Frangipane – A Hundred Photos of Old Bolzano

Over more than sixty years as a journalist – first at RAI-TV, then in newspapers and books – Ettore Frangipane has gathered hundreds of photographs documenting the past of Bolzano and beyond. Many of these images have appeared in publications, radio and television broadcasts, and as illustrations for lectures and conferences; others have never been shown to the public. Across three morning sessions in April, Frangipane will project and comment on a selection of around one hundred of the most significant photographs from his collection. The series combines historical insight with the pleasure of storytelling through images.
