Terlano and the asparagus wine

The asparagus season in Terlano runs from March to the end of May. Of course you also have to taste a glass of smooth Sauvignon from Terlano.

"Margarete", this is how the asparagus of Terlano is called. The asparagus used to be, and is still a very precious type of vegetable. Once only aristocrats could afford to acquire asparagus.
