Wine Tasting Week in Bassa Atesina

Every year in October, there is a traditional wine tasting in Ora

The Wine Tasting Weeks in Bassa Atesina has got a considerably long tradition. In the cultural centre of Ora about 120 wines are tasted by a jury made up of oenologists, wine engineers and experts from the Laimburg, who also determine the Wine of the Year.
Of course there are also a large number of presentations as well as a public tastings, in which eveyone can form a view on different types of wine.

One of the highlights of the Wine Week is a combination of the semiluxury food of wine and culinary delights. Real treats, packed with creative ideas, will delight you. Enjoying and indulging in the pleasure, that's the motto of this evening.

During this Wine Tasting Week, only wines which have grown in Bassa Atesina are tasted.
