The price includes accommodation, bed linen, hand and bath towels, heating, water, gas and electricity, final cleaning, and all charges and taxes (except local tax).
Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
The booking may be cancelled without incurring a cancellation fee up to 60 days before the arrival date. Only the deposit will be retained.
- Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the arrival date: 30% of the agreed total price
- Cancellation up to 2 weeks before the arrival date: 50% of the agreed total price
- Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the arrival date: 100% of the agreed total price
In the event of a guest’s failure to arrive (‘no-show’) or early departure, the full amount for the entire booking period is due.
