The idea - sure: to create something special. But as we all know, that’s what many people want. To create a place where everything is a little more "real" and a little more "simple". A place where guests can have it all for themselves. Directly at Lake Caldaro. Only 12 rooms redesigned together with Biquadra. Buying and cooking the food fresh. The hosts really take this seriously. That’s why there is neither a menu nor a finished dish to be seen here. Because we don’t know today what the garden, butcher and dear partners will be able to deliver tomorrow. All we know is that Tanja cooks it so brilliantly that it tastes simply brilliant. Oh yes, and vino, lots of vino, that’s what Kat loves.
