The Residence Haus Kalterer See with its cosily furnished flats is situated in a sunny panoramic position in the hamlet of Campi al Lago/Klughammer, in the midst of peaceful nature.
The barbecue grill, table tennis and children’s playground as well as a small climbing wall in the vineyard in front of the house are a delight for young and old alike.
The well-equipped flats all have a terrace with a wonderful view on Lake Caldaro and the idyllic vineyards from Caldaro to Termeno. In the evening you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine there.
The beautiful lake, only 150 metres from the apartments, guarantees refreshing cooling and lots of swimming fun on hot summer days.
The green lawns are a great place to relax in the sun.
You can explore the area around the lake by bike or on foot on the countless hiking paths.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
Up to 6 weeks before arrival: Refund or use of the deposit for a later stay.
From 6 weeks before arrival: The deposit is non-refundable.
If re-renting is not possible:
- 4 weeks before arrival: 80% of the total amount will be charged.
- 1 week before arrival: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the full booked period will be charged.
