Tennis

The white sport is at home all over the Wine Route.

Once upon a time tennis has been precieved to be a rich persons’ sport, so to speak for upper class people. In the course of time, however, this sport shaked away its “rich kid sport“ stigma and has now become a mass sports. It can be played in two or four (double), since 1988 tennis is an Olympic discipline. In almost all villages along the south Tyrolean Wine Route, there are public tennis courts. Further information are available at the respective tourist offices.
