Kanzel

The Kanzel (974 m) is a popular viewpoint which provides a great view on Egna and surroundings.

The Kanzel is a viewpoint between Curia and Mazzon above Egna in the Bassa Atesina. Idyllic ponds such as Casignano can be found in this hiking area and also wide alpine pastures make hiking in this area a particular experience.

You can reach the Kanzel on a trail that starts at the “Kloesterle” in Laghetti/Egna, or via a shorter route starting in Cauria or Casignano. If you would like to scale it from the other side, you can do so from Anterivo. You can look forward to an extended hiking tour.
