Kaiserberg

The Kaiserberg is located on the border between Appiano, Caldaro and Bolzano.

Walking up this hill in the Val d’Adige you are rewarded, along the road, with several viewpoints. Castel Firmiano is located close to the highest point of this elevation and can perfectly be combined with a walk up this mountain. In this way you can spend one whole day right here, combining walking and a visit to Messner’s museum.

An extended tour to the Kaiserberg starts and ends in the village of Cornaiano, the sun-drenched locality belonging to Appiano. Parking spaces are also located at the foor of the green hill.
