Beside Settequerce, also Vilpiano belongs to the municipality of Terlano. Vilpiano is located at 258 m asl in calm location, far away from hustle and bustle of everyday life, amidst fruit orchards and lush green meadows.
This is also where the funicular starts from the Val d’Adige to the Tschöggelberg mountain and Meltina. Not only for this reason visitors have got a wide range of possibilities in this place, such as mountain bike tours in the plain or hiking on the Tschöggelberg mountain.
The ruins of Neuhaus Castle and the parish church of Terlano are also worth to be visited. However, those who love arts can make a visit to the Gallery Willy in Vilpiano, where exhibitions take place on a regular basis.
